IMPORTANT UPDATE: Program Enrollment Notice

As of September 1, 2026, the New Jersey Integrated Care for Kids (NJ InCK) program is no longer accepting new registrations.

NJ InCK previously served families living in Monmouth or Ocean County with children aged birth through 20 years enrolled in NJ FamilyCare, helping to coordinate support services for children’s health and well-being.

A partir del 1 de septiembre de 2026, el programa New Jersey Integrated Care for Kids (NJ InCK) ya no acepta nuevas inscripciones.

Anteriormente, NJ InCK brindaba servicios a familias que residían en los condados de Monmouth u Ocean y que tenían niños y jóvenes desde el nacimiento hasta los 20 años de edad inscritos en NJ FamilyCare, ayudando a coordinar servicios de apoyo para la salud y el bienestar infantil.
