NJ InCK. Healthier Together.

By taking the care your child gets now, and giving you more control over decisions, easier access to services, and better care planning, NJ InCK creates stronger community partnerships in Monmouth and Ocean counties to support your child’s health and wellbeing.

How It Works

New Jersey Integrated Care for Kids (NJ InCK)  (pronounced “New Jersey Ink”) brings together parents and guardians, doctors, and local community-based service providers—from schools to food pantries—to make sure children get all the different types of care they need.

NJ InCK helps educators, doctors and community-based providers better understand and support all children’s health needs—especially those who have complex health and social needs.

We call this creating a circle of care around all children to help families in the best possible way.
